The TRU would like to welcome the return of the women's UniQueens merged side in 2025.
Earlier this week, the TRU was advised that University would withdraw their women's team from the remainder of the 2025 competition.
Pleasingly, the TRU has also been advised the University women will join the Hobart Harlequins to form the UniQueens - a team that last year featured in the TRU Women's Grand Final.
The TRU would like to thank the University committee for the selfless manner they have dealt with the current situation and for putting the interests of the sport and competition above their own desires.
This merger also necessitates an updated competition draw, which is currently in development.
Rounds 5 and 6 of the TRU Women's draw have already been updated and can be seen below:
